My Why...From my family’s resilience to your family’s hope.
I’m a wife, a mom of three incredible children, two who bring love and joy to our home in the Midlands, and our oldest, who now rests in Heaven, and I am therapist who believes that hope can grow even in the hardest seasons. My journey has been shaped by love, loss, and resilience, from caring for my oldest child through years of complex medical challenges to walking alongside my husband, a disabled veteran, and my family’s long legacy of military service. These experiences have given me both compassion and grit, and they shape how I sit with clients in their own struggles.

I work with couples, families, and individuals, with a heart for those navigating trauma, relational challenges, and neurodivergence. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with the understanding that life doesn’t always go according to plan, and that healing works best when it happens in a safe, judgment-free space.
Whether you’re seeking healing, hope, or just someone who won’t judge your coffee intake, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My Story
My family’s story is one of service and resilience. My husband, a disabled veteran from Operation Iraqi Freedom, carries the honor and scars of his time in service. I come from a line of fighters, my Papa, a WWII fighter pilot who survived being shot down multiple times; my dad, a corpsman in Vietnam; and my brother, who bravely served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Their courage showed me what it means to stand strong and in the gap for others.

In 2023, we left California and found a new home in the Midlands—a place that feels like a gift. For 22 years, I was an advocate for families walking the same hard road I did, supporting parents as they cared for their children in “Heaven’s waiting room,” piecing together care teams, and sitting with them through grief on many different levels. Our family also embraces neurodivergence: Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, ASD, ADHD, which has taught me to see the world through a lens of creativity, brilliance, patience, and grace.

I have known trauma, both as a child and an adult, and learned that healing is possible with the right support and tools. My faith has been my rock, with Jesus meeting me in my brokenness with love and compassion, guiding me toward the life I am called to live. That is why I became a counselor. I want to sit with you in your pain, confusion, and struggles, offering the same kindness and hope received. I am here to listen, to walk alongside you, and to help you find the tools to heal and grow. You were never called to do this alone, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.
